Thank you to all who entered our ADDY competition this year. A big thank you goes out to Doug Williamson, our judging coordinator, for the outstanding job he has done this year in getting our entries together for judging.
Judging took place in Dallas on January 21 during District 10 small club judging. Our panel of three judges looked through 122 entries this year from AAF Abilene. Our judges were extremely impressed with the work presented and commented on the high quality of our student entries.
All of the entries will be displayed at the ADDY Gala on February 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the Fairway Oaks Country Club. The cost per person for the Gala is $30 and this is a formal, black tie optional, event.
We will also be honoring a deserving
member of our chapter for their service to AAF Abilene and to the American
advertising community with an AAF Silver Medal during the Gala.
